Successful Scrimmage

Junior middle blocker Kisya Killingsworth led all players with nine kills on .818 hitting as the Blue team defeated the Orange squad 30-22, 30-27 in the #5-ranked Florida volleyball team's annual Orange & Blue Scrimmage on Saturday at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center.
Killingsworth also led all players with 10.5 points, while chipping in three block assists. Junior outside hitter Marcie Hampton and junior opposite hitter Amber McCray each added six kills apiece with Hampton also serving up a pair of aces.
In her Gator debut, freshman libero Elyse Cusack paced all players with nine digs and junior setter Angie McGinnis had a solid all-around showing with 23 assists, three blocks, two kills and an ace.
